Karl started the company 2015 and has been continually building towards what it has become today. Starting with smaller rope access works to the larger more involved projects that SEA are taking on now.

Tom joined the team in 2020. After gaining experience in the self employed market he is bringing his skills and experience to the team allow SEA to keep ahead of H&S.

Matt has been working as an abseiler for the past 6 years in multiple areas of work. Since starting at SEA in 2019 he has progressed to site supervisor taking on health and safety responsibilities for our sites.
